The Chamber's Board of Directors meets at 7:30 am, the fourth Thursday of February, April, June, August and October and consists of 67 members:
- 19 Executive Committee Members (five officers, five former chairmen, three division chairmen, five subdivision vice chairmen, and president of Fifty for the Future);
- 24 Elected Members (three-year, staggered terms); and
- 25 Ex-officio Members.
