Recognized as the finest Chamber headquarters in the nation, this architectural award-winning building opened December 1, 2000. Its varied spaces and advanced audio/visual technology are available to members only for meetings and events. Further, if a room is not booked and requires no set-up or clean-up, members may have free use for unscheduled, two or three-person meetings.

The Story of this Building
"There are special places that are crated when special people are united with a dream. You are standing in just such a place. The Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce has this world-class facility because of the combined spirit of three special people.
"As the Chamber's president and CEO, Paul H. Harvel had a remarkable vision. He saw how creating this building would take the region's Chamber of Commerce to a bold, new level of accomplishment and presige.
"Ed Drilling, as president of AT&T Arkansas, had a vision of how the future of communication technology could positively transform this Chamber of Commerce.
"Jack Riggs, as president of J. A. Riggs Tractor Company, had a selfless vision of how to best honor the company's founder, his father, in a unique way.
"These three men joined together to make their dream become a shared reality. With Paul H. Harvel's ability to "sell" their vision to other donors, the region's business community was united as never before. Working together, these visionary men transformed an empty parking lot into the site of the nationally-recognized chamber of commerce building for the 21st century." - From Paul H.
