Oversees Leadership Greater Little Rock, which identifies, orients and trains region’s leaders. (Application required; $1,500 annual tuition; full and partial scholarships available; strict time requirements – one full day per month; applications for next class available in April.)
Since 1985, Leadership Greater Little Rock will have graduated over 1,100 community leaders from its training program, including a Secretary of State, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, University President, and two Chamber Chairmen.
Each year, around 50 class members are selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in the nine-month program. One day a month, October through June, the class meets at a different Central Arkansas venue to explore topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours and group presentations.
