Arkansas Children’s Hospital is a 295-bed pediatric medical center in Arkansas and one of the largest in the United States serving kids from birth to age 21. The hospital provides innovative care for patients and families in the fields of childhood cancer, pediatric cardiology, neonatology, pediatric orthopedics, vascular anomalies and more.
Arkansas Heart Hospital is a 112-bed specialty hospital dedicated solely to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. The hospital operates a 24-hour full service Emergency Center, six catheterization labs and three heart operating suites.
Baptist Health Medical Center is an 827-bed center that is the largest tertiary-care hospital in Arkansas. Facilities include a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Center, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Baptist Health Eye Center, Hickingbotham Outpatient Center, Baptist Health Heart Center, and a unit of Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute (CARTI).
Baptist Health Medical Center – North Little Rock is a 220-bed acute-care hospital including a 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation center. Services offered include comprehensive diagnostic, surgical, outpatient, laser, and pain management in addition to critical care and emergency services.
Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute is Arkansas’s largest rehabilitation hospital at 120 beds. Treatment components may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation nursing, psychology, stroke recovery rehab, speech language pathology, therapeutic recreation, and care coordination.
The BridgeWay is a 98-bed facility providing mental health services to children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing behavioral, emotional or addictive problems. The Hospital offers diagnostic and evaluation services, medication management, therapy, dietary services, case management and discharge planning.
CARTI is a statewide network of freestanding, nonprofit radiation therapy centers. CARTI currently has Pulaski County locations on the campuses of St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center, Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock and North Little Rock, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Methodist Family Health provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to children and families of Arkansas. It offers levels of care ranging from the most restrictive service level (acute psychiatric hospital care) to the least restrictive service level (outpatient counseling) and all intermediate residential levels of care.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is Arkansas’s only comprehensive academic health center, with five colleges, a graduate school, a 333-bed medical center, six centers of excellence (Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, Harvey & Bernice Jones Eye Institute, Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy, Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute and the Psychiatric Research Institute) and a statewide network of regional centers.
