On Tuesday, August 25th, at 10:00 am, the Little Rock Film Commission of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and Arkansas Film Commission of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission will host a news conference in the Chamber’s AT&T Auditorium to announce a new cable television series to be produced out of Little Rock.
The series, The $ports Take with Rick Horrow, will be produced by Little Rock’s JM Associates, a division of Career Sports & Entertainment of Atlanta. From current sports headlines to the future of the $750 billion industry, the series will offer insight about the hottest topics in sports business and will feature high profile guests, including
league commissioners, sportscasters, politicians and celebrities giving their candid - more - opinions and analysis. Beginning August 25th, the weekly half-hour series will air on VERSUS Tuesday nights at 5:30 pm (CST) and 6:30 pm (EST).
The news conference will hosted by Herren Hickingbotham (Chairman of the Board of Directors, Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce) and feature Rick Horrow (Host, The $ports Take with Rick Horrow), Angie Thompson (Director, Content Development, JM Associates), and Christopher Crane (Arkansas Film Commissioner, Arkansas Economic Development Commission). A preview from that evening’s first show will be screened, and all participants will be available for interviews immediately following the announcement.
