Commissions, Bonuses and Commissioners Awards will be based upon individual income collected from new member investments and sales of Chamber sponsorships. Qualification for team and individual honors will be based on receipt of signed product and sponsorship agreements and paid Chamber memberships. Commissions will only be paid upon receipt of payment.

In order to qualify for weekly commissions, all sales (with completed and signed forms and payment in full) must be turned in to the Chamber no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the Rally Event.

Final sales (with accompanying signed forms) must be turned in to the Chamber by 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8th (or May 15th or 22nd, if there is a run-off) to be considered for overall campaign team and individual awards.

All volunteers will receive a 10% commission for every dollar he/she delivers to the Chamber. Those selling $2,500 or more become eligible for bonuses and awards. Commissioners Awards are checks written by the Chamber to a single Chamber member business of the recipient’s choice. Bonuses and awards will not be presented until the conclusion of the campaign and all sales are collected, however, recipients may choose to receive their bonuses and awards at any time after the campaign ends by forfeiting incentives on remaining uncollected payments.

No commissions or bonuses will be issued until sales have been collected and a signed I-9 is on file with the Chamber. Volunteers receiving over $600 in incentives will be issued a 1099 the following year.

Every candidate, campaign manager and staff producing in the campaign will be recognized in all Campaign ’08 communications, on ChamberCampaign08.com, in the Business E-Newsletter, in the Business Quarterly Report, and in the Chamber’s Annual Report.

Winners will be designated in six primaries – Veterans, Freshmen, Business, Chamber, Financial, and Institutional/Utility. The names of the top producing team and individual will be displayed with the Challenge Cup in the Chamber’s Deltic Timber Atrium.
