Meet our Professionals
Dr. Seunghyun Kim
UA Little Rock - Leadership Academy
Dr. Seunghyun Kim is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the School of Business, UA-Little Rock. Holding a Ph.D., his specializations lie in the fields of social media and digital marketing, as well as persuasive communication. His research primarily focuses on social media, digital advertising, and their impacts on health promotion. Beyond academia, Dr. Kim offers consulting services to small business owners, both locally and globally.
Debbie Davis
Baptist Health
Debbie Davis, Director of Marketing at Baptist Health, has 20-plus years of experience in communications and marketing and is responsible for covering corporate branding, digital marketing, advertising, service line campaigns, publications and collateral material for the Baptist Health system. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Debbie served as the director of business development with Pain Treatment Centers of America (PTCOA). She was the principal consultant to referring providers and was responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that created volume and revenue growth.
Debbie has a B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton School of Business and a M.A. in Management from Webster University. She enjoys serving nonprofit organizations in the Little Rock community. Rotary Club 99, Ballet Arkansas and the UAMS College of Medicine include a few of the organizations where she dedicates her time. Debbie and her husband have lived in Little Rock for over 30 years. They have five adult children and two golden doodles.
