Location
The largest metropolitan area in Arkansas, Little Rock has doubled as the nation’s capital, and yet, it is only a stone’s throw away from some of the most scenic and diverse exteriors in the world.
Centrally located in the state and nation, Little Rock is where the Southeast meets the Southwest, and the delta becomes the mountains. In fact, Arkansas’s Ozarks offer the highest peaks between the Appalachians and Rockies. Memphis is only a short, two-hour drive away, and the state is bordered by Louisiana to the south, Texas and Oklahoma to the west, Missouri to the north, and Tennessee and Mississippi to the east.
