Leadership Greater Little Rock participants explore a variety of topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours and group presentations.
Oversees Leadership Greater Little Rock, which identifies, orients, and trains the region’s leaders (application required; $1,900 annual tuition; full and partial scholarships available; strict time requirements – one full day per month; applications for next class available in April).
Since 1985, Leadership Greater Little Rock has graduated over 1,500 community leaders from its training program, including a secretary of state, a president pro tempore of the senate, an Adjutant General of the Arkansas National Guard, university presidents, four chamber chairmen, and a federal judge.
Each year, around 50 class members are selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in the nine-month program. One day a month, October through June, the class meets at a different Central Arkansas venue to explore topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours and group presentations.
