Leadership Greater Little Rock participants make lasting friendships while learning how to better serve the community.
Since 1985, Leadership Greater Little Rock has graduated over 1,500 community leaders, including a future secretary of state, president pro tempore of the senate, Adjutant General of the Arkansas National Guard, two university presidents, four chamber chairmen, and a federal judge.
Each year, around 50 class members are selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in the nine-month program. One day a month, October through June, the class meets at a different central Arkansas venue to explore topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours, and group presentations. Sessions include:

Application is required (March through May), and there are strict time commitments of at least one full day per month. Annual tuition is $1,900, with full and partial scholarships available based on need. Class XXXIII is now underway and the application process is closed. Applications for Class XXXIV will be available March 1, 2018.
