Little Rock Port Adds 600 Acres Since 2016

In 2011, the citizens of Little Rock overwhelmingly passed a sales tax initiative for the community. As a part of the initiative, the Little Rock Port Authority received $10 million dollars to purchase land for industrial development and job creation. To date, the Port has expended approximately $5 million dollars and acquired 615 acres of land. Another 150 acres are currently under consideration and the due diligence is being performed on the individual parcels.
