Directions & location info: This class will be held at the PTC CAHMI (Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute), which is located at 13000 Interstate 30 Frontage Rd. If you are coming from downtown Little Rock heading west on I-30, OR if you are coming from West Little Rock heading south on I-430, take exit 128 toward Mabelvale W Rd W/Otter Creek Rd W/Bass Pro Pkwy S. You will pass the outlet shops, Bass Pro, and the Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. About 1 mile after the church, you will see the Culinary Institute on your right. It's a large school, but you're on a one-way road, so be careful not to miss it!
