Our team is working diligently to advance the development of a “shovel-ready” 1000+ acre supersite to attract a generational economic development project that could lead to thousands of new jobs and the potential for billions in private investment for Central Arkansas. After years of planning and behind-the-scenes work, 2024 will be a monumental year for the supersite as land acquisition is expected to be completed, as well as the construction of an industrial grade road, a new rail track, decommissioning of on-site structures, completion of necessary due diligence studies, and the development of critical utility infrastructure to serve the site. #LoveLittleRock #ActBigThinkBig #EconomicDevelopment
