Fifty-six emerging and established community leaders celebrated their graduation from Class XL of Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR), a flagship program of the Little Rock Regional Chamber. Held annually since 1985, LGLR is a nine-month leadership development experience designed to cultivate civic-minded professionals equipped to positively impact the future of Central Arkansas.
“This program has a rich tradition of equipping and inspiring leaders who are ready to serve and innovate in our community,” said Kellen Davis, Executive Director of Leadership Greater Little Rock. “From business and healthcare to education and government, LGLR alumni have helped shape the civic and economic fabric of Little Rock for four decades.”
This year’s class was chaired by Billy Roehrenbeck, owner of Pulaski County Title, with Molly McNulty, Director of Development and External Relations at UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law, serving as co-chair. Both are LGLR alumni and community leaders. Cory Redd Howe of the Arkansas National Guard was selected by his classmates to serve as the Class Speaker, delivering remarks on behalf of Class XL.
“As someone who’s benefited from this program both personally and professionally, it’s been a privilege to give back by leading Class XL,” said Roehrenbeck. “Leadership is not about titles—it’s about service, awareness, and building relationships. That’s exactly what LGLR fosters in every participant.”
Throughout the program, participants met monthly at various locations across Central Arkansas, diving into key community issues with the help of expert speakers, panels, behind-the-scenes tours, and group presentations.
