LGLR Class XLI

Fifty emerging and established community leaders celebrated their graduation from Class XLI of Leadership Greater Little Rock (LGLR), a flagship program of the Little Rock Regional Chamber. Held annually since 1985, LGLR is a nine-month leadership development experience designed to cultivate civic-minded professionals equipped to positively impact the future of Central Arkansas.

“This program continues to build a strong legacy of developing leaders who are committed to strengthening and serving our region,” said Kellen Davis, Executive Director of Leadership Greater Little Rock. “For more than four decades, LGLR alumni have made meaningful impacts across business, healthcare, education, nonprofit organizations, and government, helping shape the future of the Little Rock region.”

This year’s class was led by Chair Molly McNulty and Co-Chair Dr. Richard Moss, both proud alumni and dedicated community leaders. Class XLI selected Matt Martin as Class Speaker, where he delivered remarks on behalf of his fellow classmates. The event’s keynote address was given by Sabrina Lewellen, who shared inspiring insights on leadership, public service, and creating meaningful community impact.

Over the course of the program year, participants gathered each month at sites throughout Central Arkansas to dive into important issues shaping the region. Through panel discussions, behind-the-scenes tours, expert speakers, and collaborative group presentations, class members gained firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges shaping the region’s future.
